New stairs to be installed at Lassen High
Monday, March 16, 2015 — Stairs determined to be unsafe at Lassen High School have been demolished and will be replaced, with spring break possibly being the earliest time the project can be completed.
The outside staircase provided access to the first and second floors of the 700 building. They were determined to be unsafe for use and were closed off in October.
According to superintendent Bill McCabe, because of the metal and extreme weather in Lassen County there’s been a lot of rust that has created problems.Add a comment
