Cancer Research Fundraiser

Diamond Mountain Casino and Hotel presents the St. Baldrick's Foundation BaldGames Head Shaving Cancer Research Fundraiser at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 18 in the Diamond Willow Room. Twenty participants will have their heads shaved and Irish fare will be served.

Lassen County Bluegrass and Roots Music Society

The Lassen County Bluegrass and Roots Music Society holds a jam session from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, May 25 at the Lassen County Arts Council, located at 807 Cottage St. in Susanville. The jam sessions are open to the public, and there are no dues or membership fees.
