Beloved husband and father, Harold Leroy Wagner, went home to be with his Lord, Dec. 29, 2007.
He was born Jan. 28, 1925 to Gustur and Ottilia Wagner.
A memorial service will be held Jan. 12, 2008 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at 2 p.m.
Harold was a dairy farmer for 28 years. After he sold the dairy, he remained on the farm and raised cattle and hay, and worked as watermaster for Lassen irrigation for 10 years.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Helen, sons Rick and John, daughters Doris Woods and Nancy Winship, nine grandchildren, and sister Edith Summers.

Paul F. Alegre, 80, died in Susanville, Calif. on Monday, Dec. 17, 2007.
He was born on Nov. 9, 1927 in Los Angeles, Calif.
He is survived by his son Paul and wife Dawn Alegre, of Susanville; daughter Nicole and husband Steve Kanavel, of Susanville; step-daughter Karen Weber, of Vallejo, Calif.; and five grandchildren.

Jacqueline Mary Armstrong, 83, died on Friday, Dec. 28, 2007 at the Countryvilla Riverview Skilled Nursing Home in Susanville, Calif.
She was born in Los Angeles, Calif. on May 10, 1924.
She is survived by her son Glenn Armstrong, of Newark, Calif.; daughters N. Jeannie Gomer, of Newark, Calif.; Paula Rickard, of Shasta Lake, Calif.; Nora Mitchell, of Chico, Calif.; and April Armstrong, of Cold Springs, Nev.; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.,
A vigil service was held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2008. Mass of Christian Burial was held at the church on Friday, Jan. 4, 2008. Interment followed at the Doyle Cemetery in Doyle, Calif.

Ronald Asher, 67, died in Las Vegas, Nev. on Monday, Dec. 31, 2007.
He was born on Feb. 15, 1940 in Nampa, Idaho.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Asher, of Las Vegas, Nev.; daughter Dana and husband Curt Hirsche, of Susanville, Calif.; parents Conrad and Emma Roeder, of Camp Verde, Ariz.; brother Russell Asher, of Reno, Nev.; sister Jean Spurney, of Kansas; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Colonial Mortuary Chapel at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008. Interment will follow at the Diamond Crest Cemetery in Johnstonville, Calif.
