    Paternal grandparents are Joni and Steve VerPlanck, of Chester, and Mark Clark, of Oregon, (deceased).
    Maternal great-grandparents are Jean and Sherman (deceased) Mellinger, of Sonoma, Calif., and Mark and Wanda Elmo, of Fresno, (both deceased).
    Paternal grandparents are Betty and Russ (deceased) Hufferson, of Lake Almanor, Calif., and Dora and Ralph (deceased) Clark, of Yuba City, Calif.
    Colby joins brothers Cayleb, 5, Chase 2-1/2, and Caiden, 15 months.
