Ownership: Lassen County Times and Westwood Pine Press are owned and published by Feather Publishing of Quincy, CA. In addition to Lassen County Times and Westwood Pine Press, Feather Publishing publishes four weekly papers in Plumas County: the Feather River Bulletin, Chester Progressive, Indian Valley Record, and Portola Reporter. The Lassen County Times is published weekly on Tuesdays, the other papers are published weekly on Wednesdays.
