Banner Lassen Medical Center will be hosting a food drive fundraiser to help feed our local needy families. From 1 to 7 p.m. Dec. 16 just bring a non-perishable food item to the hospital, and you can get a photo with Santa. There will be free refreshments and candy canes! Irene Doyle tells us this is the last week for the Christmas at the Ranch gift and craft show. The local crafters and artisans have filled this vintage home with many unique and one-of-a-kind gifts, sure to be loved by anyone on you’re holiday gift list. FINAL DRAWING TO WIN A CAR

The final drawing at the Diamond Mountain Casino and Hotel for the Ford Focus giveaway will be held at 2 p.m. Dec. 17. SLEIGH DAYS A SUCCESS

Once again people were out and about shopping local last week during Santa's Sleigh Days. There were lots of lucky winners throughout Susanville as well.
