Dahle serves last day as supervisor
![]() |
Nov. 27, 2012 - Brian Dahle, Lassen County's district 4 supervisor and California district 1 assemblyman-elect, attended his final meeting as a supervisor today. Dahle, center, wears a pair of 3-D glasses as he looks at a mailer distributed during the assembly campaign that portrayed him with similar eyewear during a vacation he took in Hawaii —allegedly at taxpayer expense — as District 5 Supervisor Jack Hanson, left, and District 2 Supervisor Jim Chapman, right, look on. Dahle received nearly 80 percent of the vote in Lassen County, and he said District 3 Supervisor Larry Wosick quipped he probably got the women's vote because the model who's supposed to be Dahle in one of the ads has better legs. Dahle will take the oath of office in Sacramento Dec. 3.

Individuals convicted of a felony are ineligible to vote while incarcerated and on parole.
"California residents who have a felony conviction can vote ...while on probation,or if they are committed to county jail with a felony conviction. " Yes felons and county prisoners can vote, but I bet the Lassen jail stifles this right!
