The Susan River rages along Carroll Street in Susanville, Sunday, Dec. 2. According to Susanville Police Chief Tom Downing, there was localized flooding on Carroll, Juniper and Cornell streets and Richmond Road. The Susanville Fire Department and the Susanville police officers continue to monitor the situation. I was wondering if someone could drive by 1606 Cornell Street and see if the residence was flooded. I once owned that house and always thought it would hold up in a flood. I live in Oregon. I'll check back on this site. Thanks.
