Anthony Brian Lewis was born to Olena Lewis and Mark Lewis, of Susanville, at 6:27 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, 2012 at Banner Lassen Medical Center in Susanville.
He weighed 7 pounds and was 21-1/4 inches long.
Maternal grandparent is Nadezhda Boychenko, of Piervomyska, Ukraine.
Paternal grandparents are Peggy-Ann and Colin Williams, of LaJolla, Calif.
He joins siblings Jason, 30 and Mykhailo, 15.
