Free Christmas tree collection available next week

C&S Waste Solutions of Lassen County will be picking up un-flocked Christmas trees free of charge for residential customers from Monday, Jan. 7 through Friday, Jan. 11.

Customers will need to place their trees (free of ornaments, lights, tinsel, spray snow, etc) next to their trash cart on their normal service day by 6 a.m. There will be separate trucks picking the trees up.

How does the pick-up play out if you live in an apartment? This will be the first time for me to set out the tree.
