Incoming storm preparation

The National Weather Service is forecasting a couple of colder storm systems to move into the area over the next week. The first is anticipated for this Thursday through Friday, with snow levels possibly lowering to 3,000 feet. The second is anticipated for Sunday through Monday, with similar snow levels being projected. Motorists traveling into the higher elevations are advised to carry chains and be prepared for winter driving conditions.
