Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014 — The Honey Lake Valley Recreation Authority has selected a site for the community pool.
If all goes according to the governing board’s plans, the pool will be built at Credence High School.
Staff conducted a second phase of analysis on the top three sites selected earlier this month based on 12 criteria, and Credence scored the highest with 71 points. The South Street site, located near the old Roosevelt Pool, scored 68 points and the Mesa Street site scored 64 points.
