FLANIGAN-LEAVITT 11YEARS AND COUNTING
Flanigan-Leavitt Insurance Agency, with offices in Susanville, Quincy and Reno, begins its 11th year in business — well, sort of. That's when Mike and Valerie Flanigan, along with the Leavitt Group, purchased the former Murray & Edwards Insurance Agency — which first opened its doors in Greenville in 1883. The Flanigans said being part of the Leavitt Group, which is the seventh largest privately held insurance broker in the United States, provides them with more carrier choices so they can effectively tailor coverage and rates best suited to their client’s individual or commercial needs.
