The Smoky O.P.E SBA Timber Sale is located within T26N, R3E Section 26. Public Hearing Notice
Pursuant to PUC §14401, the Lassen Municipal Utility District (LMUD) will hold a Public Hearing to solicit comments on the General Manager’s Report regarding LMUD’s proposed Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT), Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (LGIA), Small Generator Interconnection Agreement (SGIA) and Small Generator Interconnection Procedures (SGIP) in their entirety, including all schedules, deposits and fees associated with said documents.
The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 5:30 PM in the LMUD Boardroom, 65 S. Roop Street, Susanville, CA. The public is invited to attend and provide oral and/or written comments. Written comments must be received at 65 S. Roop Street, Susanville, CA 96130 at, or prior to, the meeting time and date.
