Double G Iron Horse Saloon The Double G Iron Horse Saloon is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. in Westwood. Owners, Candi and Gunnar Garrett, left, along with Mary Gow, opened their saloon at 320 Ash St. Along with the saloon, they are offering many different league play. NEW BARBER AT TIME OUT
Elizabeth Agee, owner of Time Out Salon, welcomes barber Bob Taylor to their salon. The salon is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Fridays and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the weekends. You will find the salon at 2055 Main St. in Susanville. They are hosting a grand opening all week; stop by to see what specials and prizes they have.

Deena Wadell, nail technician at Elite Salon in Susanville, tells us she’s excited to offer the newest in flashy fingernails.
“I recently returned from taking a class in stained glass nail art and am looking forward to offering the community the latest techniques in nail decorating,” said Wadell.
ANNUAL HONEY LAKE HOSPICE TEA
Honey Lake Hospice will be hosting their annual Hospice Tea this year from noon to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 10 at Jensen Hall. The tea will feature a wide variety of delicious homemade afternoon tea fare, including scones, savories, sweets and more. See their ad in this week’s paper for ticket information.
