Fishing Report
Lake Davis
Frenchman Lake
Lake Davis
Cold and snowy weather has affected the fishing at Lake Davis. Water temperatures are ranging from 39 to 42 degrees. Ice has begun to form in the coves.
Icy boat ramps and road access will play a big part in future fishing success. Fishing has been spotty; however, some large fish have been caught.
There has been an unconfirmed report of a 15 pound rainbow being caught by a local fisherman who was trolling.
Frenchman Lake
Fisherman who can brave the cold are enjoying all-around good fishing at Frenchman's Lake.
Worms and various Powerbaits-red, orange, lemon twist and rainbow-have been working to produce limits for many. Cinnamon woolly buggers are working well for float tubbers at Nightcrawler Bay on the north end of the lake.
There has been some snow fall at Frenchman's, but roads are accessible all around the lake.
