Officers from the Susanville Police Department and emergency medical personnel are on scene at a vehicle accident at Fourth and Hall Streets this afternoon, Wednesday, May 23. Witnessesat the scene said the driver of the Ford Explorer allegedly hit a parked car, which caused the vehicle to roll over on its side. Photos by Ruth Ellis
