Project: Public Hearing: Consider adoption of an ordinance to establish a Basin Management Objective (BMO) program to facilitate the understanding and public dissemination of groundwater data in Lassen County. Development of a BMO program is an implementation measure of the Groundwater Management Plan adopted by the Board of Supervisors on March 13, 2007. 1. Consideration of a Municipal Service Review (MSR) and Sphere of Influence (SOI) Update for the Honey Lake TV - CSA #1.
