Dyer Mountain Associates withdrew its plan for phase one of the Dyer Mountain Four Season Resort in Westwood because its original plan for developing the resort in phases no longer applied.

Creek fire burns 1,550 acres near Gold Run area

State allows Clear Creek to stop its water chlorination

The state mandate to chlorinate the Clear Creek residential water supply was lifted July 18 after water samples taken from the spring tested normal, reported Annie Hill, maintenance manager for the Clear Creek Community Services District.
