NOW OPEN IN SUSANVILLE
Susanville Paint Center (in the old Ri-Tone Color Center) is now open in Susanville. They are an authorized Kelly Moore paint dealer. In celebration of their opening, owner Jerry Newell informs us they are offering special sales at both their Susanville and Chester locations.
AUTO DEALER SERVICES DEPARTMENT ADDED
Plumas Bank has hired Greg Lee as vice president dealer services manager to lead the new auto dealer loan services group. Lee will be responsible for creating an integrated financial services solution for the auto dealer community.
Andrew J. Ryback, the bank’s interim president said, “As a 14-year veteran of this industry, Greg’s proven ability to develop, negotiate, document and service auto loan structures with varying levels of complexity will be very helpful to the bank’s success. We are very pleased to have him on board.”
BEER AND WINE NOW AVAILABLE
If you haven't been out to the Shag Bag Bar & Grill at Diamond Mountain Golf Course yet, well then, you've been missing out. Teresa Russell, owner/chef informs us they recently got their beer and wine license. So now you can enjoy a fresh made mouth-watering burger with a beer (or glass of wine). Teresa tells us they serve both breakfast and lunch seven days a week. You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy a scrumptious meal out there. One customer recently told Teresa, "Your french toast is the bomb!"
Teresa also informs us they will be starting a Friday and Saturday night dinner buffet. It will be by reservation only. Give them a call to see what they will be serving.
HANDMADE POTTERY AT PRIMO DELI
Tammi Montgomery, owner of Primo Deli in Uptown Susanville, is now carrying handmade pottery by Dick Mackey, of Alturas. Tammi tells us she has bowls, teapots, tea cups/mugs, fruit bowls and more. Beginning this week she will be serving up root beer floats and hot fudge sundaes for that afternoon treat!
WESTWOOD FAMILY PRACTICE RE-OPENED
Northeastern Rural Health Clinics said they are very pleased to announce the Westwood Family Practice has re-opened. The clinic is open to serve the medical needs of the entire family. Currently their offices are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday and closed during the lunch hour. So whether you need a low cost sports physical, pregnancy care, or a routine check-up, you can call their office to schedule your appointment today. In August they will be adding health education services; including diabetes, smoking cessation and nutritional support.

ART IN THE GARDEN IS BACK!
Every Bloomin’ Thing is once again sponsoring Monticola Club’s Art in the Garden Home Tour. Kay White said this year’s tour is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 16.
