LCC eliminates its preschool program in Westwood

Oct. 18, 2006 — Lassen Community College canceled the afternoon preschool program in Westwood. Cinda Folsom, the preschool teacher, first learned of the decision by administrators at LCC when the $200 annual licensing fee was not paid.
