Cougars head to regional playoffs as number 10 seed

Feb. 25 — After attending a meeting with other conference representatives yesterday, Lassen Community College men’s basketball coach Devin Aye announced the Cougars are seeded number 10 and will travel to play Consumnes River College at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28.

 

Consumnes River has an overall record of 22-8 and the Cougars have an overall record of 19-13. However, Lassen has won two out of its last three match-ups with Consumnes River.

 

If the Cougars win Friday’s game, they will move on the play either Fresno City College, Foothill College or De Anza College in round three on Saturday, March 1.
