May 2, 2012 — Natalie Yonan, a senior at Lassen High School (LHS), will be signing a letter of intent to attend Division I Charleston Southern in South Carolina, tonight, Wednesday, May 2, at the Pizza Factory in Susanville.
Charleston Southern has offered Yonan a softball scholarship to play at the NCAA Division I university.
Yonan will be arriving to sign the letter after the conclusion of the Lassen High softball game against the Red Bluff Spartans.
Yonan has been on the varsity softball team since she was a freshman and has been named to the all-league softball team for the past three years.
Paul Moore, head coach for the Lady Grizzlies, predicts Yonan will be the first player in LHS history to be named to the all-league team all four years.
