Lassen High School to pay off adminstration building
Friday, May 22, 2015 — The facility that houses Lassen Union High School District’s administration office/board room will be paid off by June 30, a move which will help reduce the projected deficit spending.
Superintendent Bill McCabe said, “Both (Chief Business Officer Ginger Fitzgerald) and I believe that it would be in our best interest to retire this note, save $31,013 in expenditures and reduce deficit spending for the upcoming year.”
The projected deficit spending is $200,000.
The payment of $260,000 will be made from the district’s general fund.
