LMUD workers urge board to 'do the right thing'

Dec. 4, 2007 — Despite alleged threats of “immediate dismissal,” employees from the Lassen Municipal Utility District took their concerns regarding the “most offensive, hostile work environment imaginable” — one they claim exceeds “any public standard of decency” and the “specific written standards and policies of this district” — directly to the LMUD board of directors.
