Thefts increase for 2007 in Susanville

March 25, 2008 — Local statistics show people had better start locking their car doors within the Susanville city limits, as the annual report presented to the Susanville City council by the police department at the Wednesday, March 19 meeting showed an increase in all forms of theft last year.
