Thursday, March 19, 2015 — The Susanville Sanitary District approved an amendment to an ordinance following a public hearing at its Tuesday, March 10 board of directors meeting.
The recently approved ordinance No. 81, an ordinance amending ordinance 71, would make the existing deposit a fee for the district to assist main line issues.
The change in the ordinance would be $75 for new or reconstruction of a lateral inspection and $200 for new or reconnection for the main line sewer, if approved after the public hearing. The fees would be nonrefundable.
