Property owners along Janesville Grade in the Clarks Creek vicinity will be escorted to their homes briefly on the morning of Thursday, July 12.
A brief posted on the fire incident Web site inciweb.org explains what residents of that area should do if they want access to their homes:
“An escorted access for this focused area only is scheduled for Thursday, July 12th. If interested, property owners along road 28N01 (on the North) south to the intersection of 27N04 should gather at the Janesville Grade roadblock at 9 a.m. with identification (and property ownership documentation, if available).
“Property visits will be brief and limited to checking conditions and retrieval of possessions.
“Additional access will be granted, once snag hazards are abated.”
