Bass Hill collision claims two sisters
Elizabeth Morgan, 20, and Katie Morgan were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. They are the daughters of Samantha Lindsey, of Janesville.
Liz was a 2006 graduate of Lassen High School and her sister would have graduated this June with the LHS Class of 2008.
