LET'S HAVE A LITTLE FUN!
So, you may notice my picture looks a little different, I just spent a few days at a spa! No, really it's part of our Match the Morph promotion this week for Customer Appreciation Days. If you think my picture is funny, see the special insert in today's paper for morphed photos of local merchants. To be eligible to win your share of a $500 shopping spree, visit the participating merchants to find out who is who. Page 9 in the special insert has all of the morphed photos, and inside all the stores is the real picture of the person we morphed. Have some fun while you shop this week, and a good laugh on all of us who got "morphed".
WALKING FOR A CUREAngie Pierce, owner of The Look Salon in Susanville (and her team, made up of her mom, sisters and friends) is walking for the sixth year in a row for the Susan G. Komen foundation. The walk draw hundreds of thousands of people (more than 200,000) every year in an effort to raise funds and awareness to breast cancer. Next week you can "Make an Impact" (this year’s theme) by visiting The Look Salon to get some pink bling (for your hair) or buy some raffle tickets for the awesome things Angie will be raffling off. There are all kinds of "pink things" to be had.
