Rachel Jean Felix Fieber
Rachel Jean Felix Fieber, born April 1, 1982 passed on to the loving arms of our Lord Nov. 24, 2010.
Rachel Jean was born in Palm Springs, Calif. and lived in Thermal, Calif. until 1985 when her family moved to Janesville, Calif. Rachel attended Janesville Elementary where she graduated from the eighth grade and went on to Lassen High and graduated in the class of 2000. Rachel continued her education at Lassen College where she graduated as an LVN in 2003.
Rachel had many passions in life, but her first was her husband (Joe) and her dog (Ziggy). She also had a very deep and protective love for her family and friends. Rachel’s gift in nursing was caring for the elderly. It was always important to her that they knew she cared for them by giving of her time and self, even when time didn’t always allow for this. Rachel loved the outdoors — fishing and camping being two of her favorite things to do. She loved to be silly and make others laugh.
Rachel Jean will be missed by many. She is survived by her husband Joseph Fieber, her mother Colleen Gartner Feeney, father Mike Felix, brother, Joshua Felix, grandmother Jeannie Teel, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of Rachel’s life in the spring of 2011 when all of her family and friends can gather.
