NEW SUMMER HOURS
Tammi Montgomery, owner of Primo Deli in Uptown Susanville, has new summer hours. Yes, summer is on its way! Tammi is now open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Stop by for a delicious homemade sandwich, salad or one of her delicious desserts.

ORAL CANCER AWARENESS MONTH
Jeannie Huber, of Smiles for Life, Inc., is teaming up with Northeastern Rural Health to promote oral cancer awareness. April is Oral Cancer Awareness month. In honor of that, from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 28 Jeannie will be at Northeastern Rural Health Clinic doing complimentary oral cancer screenings. NEW BRANCH MANAGER
Tri Counties Bank in Susanville has a new branch manager. Dan Gardiner recently relocated from the Chico area, and is happy to be meeting the residents and bank customers of Susanville.

ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
Steve Alby and Traci Witry, owners of the Pioneer Saloon, are having a celebration party April 22 for their fifth year in business! Be sure and see their ad in this week’s paper for details!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

Diamond Mountain Mini Mart tells us they are celebrating their seven-year anniversary in April. Starting at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 28 they will be having their Anniversary Appreciation Hotdog Barbecue (while supplies last). If you haven’t been to the mini mart lately, then stop by and check out their great selection of snack and food items.

NEW PRODUCT LINES ARRIVED
Andrew Baum, owner of the Susanville Grocery Outlet, said they have just expanded their produce section to include the Fresh Express line of fresh greens and vegetables. If you prefer organic produce, you’ll notice they have many more organic foods and body care choices throughout the store. Baum said the store has also gotten an amazing shipment of new wines that are sure to be a favorite at your next party, without breaking the bank.
If you know someone who needs a little extra help this year, they are still doing a monthly grocery gift certificate giveaway. All you have to do is write up a nomination for a needy individual or family and drop it off at the store and they will include it in their decision for their monthly community support sponsorships.
