Paquita (Francis) Hadlock
I was born Oct. 8, 1923 in Susanville, Calif. to Victoria (Lekunberri) Murillo and Martin Murillo, of the Basque Country in Spain. I was the third child in the family succeeding Frank Murillo and Margaret Murillo (Descalzo).

I graduated from Lassen Union High School in 1942 and helped my mother and her stepfather, Joseph Zalba run their Basque boarding house in Susanville.

I attended beauty school in Reno and worked as a beautician for a number of years and then shifted gears to work as a directory assistance operator for Nevada Bell. While working there, friends introduced me to my future husband Robert “Bob” Hadlock.
I gave birth and raised two lovely, healthy daughters, Robin and Nancy. The three of us fished, hunted and camped throughout Nevada.
My oldest daughter blessed me with four grandchildren, Cassandra Morton, Samantha Brasher (Kyle), Robert Hessler, Andrea Hessler and one great-granddaughter Natalee Brasher.

On July 23, 2011 I rejoined my sister, brother and parents in Paradise.

Trevor Jay "Bucket" Bartley
Aug. 17, 2000- July 13, 2011
Trevor Jay Bartley was born in Susanville, Calif. minutes after his twin brother Jared. The "twins" as they became known to family and friends were inseparable and even developed their own language. As they grew, they played and fought as siblings do, but always went looking for each other if they had been apart for awhile.

Trevor distinguished himself as an athlete from an early age. If presented with a challenge he, in his own way would confront it head on and push through. He was always there to support his older brothers Jacob and Jared and never complained about having to sit on the sidelines and enjoy other family events such as his older sister’s cheerleading, Mom's softball outings and Dad's long absences due to work.

But one thing was for sure with this family, the love for one another as a family came first. This strength is not only realized by those close to them, but the communities in which they lived.

Trevor passed at the age of 10, yet touched and affected all who had the fortune to meet and interact with him on all levels. Trevor, "Bucket" will always be there for all who have known him. Trevor, the finest of young men and a true friend to all will be missed and loved for all times. Trevor will be fishing with his grandpa "PopBob" in the lakes of heaven while keeping a vigilant watch over his family.

Trevor is survived by his parents, Jason and Cindy Bartley, brothers Jacob and Jared, his sister Jordyn, grandparents Roberta, Veronica and Ron, two aunts, an uncle and five cousins.

A memorial service will be held in Ukiah at a later date. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Trevor to the Ukiah sports teams that he loved and were so much a part of his life.
