Walmart bathroom suspect identified

Sept. 20, 2012 — On Thursday, Sept. 20, the Susanville Police Department was able to identify and interview the suspect who allegedly entered the women's restroom at Walmart and looked under the privacy partition of an occupied toilet stall. The suspect is a citizen of Mexico who was in Susanville on a temporary guest worker visa. Upon completion of this investigation, his employer has agreed to terminate his employment and have him returned to Mexico.

If it wasn’t for the swift, open collaboration and cooperation of the local Walmart store and the staff at Sierra-Cascade Nursery, this case would not have been solved so rapidly.

The case will be forwarded to the Lassen County district attorney for review.

Tim you need to work on your reading comprehension. Nowhere in the article does it say that he worked I'm Walmart.

True Kirk, but it doesn't say he didn't work there. I wonder if he could have been a store security guard? WM hires some real yo-yos for security. You know, the ones that would flunk a police department's psych test. They look like Elvis, wear mirror sunglasses, and think they're bad dudes.

He works for a nursery to pick the fruits before winter. He is not an employee of walmart. This is not a rascist comment. It is a fact

why does the nursery hire people from mexico? why not someone from the area? who cares if it was a work visa he should be punished and put in jail, not sent back home to mexico. he most likely be back using a different name next year or sooner who is to say is dosent assist the pot growers.
