Family offers reward for arrest and conviction of suspects
Monday, April 8 — A Susanville family offers a reward for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons involved in a March 4 assault incident in which a 17-year-old family member was stabbed.
According to the award notice distributed by the family, at approximately 7:30 p.m. March 4 two unknown white males entered a residence on Tako-Nee Street in Susanville.
A 17-year-old girl who was home alone asked the two men to leave, and one of them physically assaulted and stabbed her before the two intruders left the residence.
Anyone with information that can assist in the investigation is asked to call Sgt. Kevin Jones or Sgt. John McGarva at the Lassen County Sheriff’s office at 257-6121. The case number is 13-03-0012.
