SOMETHING TO BRAG ABOUT

While some businesses have the need and the products to compete in the global economy by having a presence on the Internet, today’s ever-changing world can make where and how you invest your advertising dollars challenging. So we’d like to share some recent results from a third party study to see just where people get their local news and shopping information.

Here is some information we’d like to share about community newspapers similar to the one you are holding in your hand at this moment.

Results from a recent readership survey showed nationally 74 percent of those surveyed read community newspapers and on average share their paper with 2.33 persons. They spend about 39 minutes reading their local paper. Forty-eight percent say they never read local news online — only 11 percent say they read local news very often online.
