Lassen Youth Wrestling Association wrestlers competed at the Tulelake Wrestling Tournament Saturday, March 17.

Lassen Youth Soccer's U-19 boys' team is competing in a March Madness of its own, advancing to the Final Four of the Northern California Youth Soccer Association State Cup Saturday-Sunday, March 24-25 in Sacramento.

A Little League coaches meeting has been scheduled for Friday, March 23, at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria at Fletcher Walker Elementary School.

Brett Cox of Susanville pinned four opponents with ease on his way to winning a state amateur wrestling title at the state championships earlier this month.
