Commission approves wayfinding document
Monday, March 23, 2015 — The Lassen County Transportation Commission reviewed the vehicular wayfinding project plan during its Monday, March 9 meeting.
A wayfinding plan uses signs, maps and other methods to point out attractions and directions.
The commissioners approved the plan, which will now go to the city council.
The plan, which was first discussed in the summer of 2014, was originally intended to de-clutter the signs on Main Street and point out key attractions. Now, the project is seen as more of a community-branding project.Add a comment
