LMUD Director recognized

At the Lassen Municipal Utility Board of Director’s meeting, Wednesday, Dec. 14, General Manager Doug Smith recognized outgoing board members Jay Dow and Richard Vial for their many years of service on the board. Smith presented Dow with a plaque, saying he had served on the board since 2007.Vial also received a plaque but was not present at the meeting.
