2021 Bizz Johnson Marathon cancelled due to Hog Fire damage

​Coastal Trail Runs, the promoter of the Bizz Johnson Marathon, has cancelled the 2021 event.

​According to a post on its website, “After much deliberation, the permitting agencies and us have come to the conclusion that we should cancel the Bizz Johnson 2021. Due to the damage of the Hog Fire in 2020, part of the course will not be ready and safe for participants in September. All registered participants have been notified. We apologize for the inconvenience but your safety and the integrity of the Bizz Johnson Boston qualifying course are two of our utmost concerns. We hope you will join us next year.”
