Sure, those of us in Lassen County root for local photographer Randy Robbins to be the first to win the California Wildlife Photo of the Year Contest twice, the final judging period collected another four remarkable images, including one of a Dielis wasp.
Results in the 11th annual photo contest will be released early in 2023.
