Mark Sanders, host of the monthly open mics at Side Iron BBQ has decided to take a break.
According to a statement from Sanders, “Hello fellow artists and fans. Please pass the word. I will be taking a short break from hosting Open Mic nights at the Side Iron at the Pio. Open Mic will resume at the Side Iron in November. Also we are switching nights. We are going to start Open Mic on Saturday evenings. They will be held the second Saturday of the month beginning Nov. 9. So, to sum up, no open mic this month or October. Hope to see y’all in the fall!”
