Why does the commander ban senior citizens from the Sierra Army Depot Fitness Center?

The commander (allegedly) keeps seniors and retired seniors from using the Physical Fitness Center at Sierra Army Depot!

What’s wrong with older retired seniors using the gym? We took better care of this facility than anyone.

What about all the retired military and civilian employees who earned the privilege of this healthy benefit?

Do you just not care about about senior folks who really are affected by this decision?
