According to a statement from Lassen Family Services, the nonprofit organization is pleased to let everyone know that the 12th Annual Walk A Mile Event scheduled for Saturday, April 12, is coming along nicely.
“Our community is already showing so much support,” according to the statement. “We are focusing on a family fun informative day. We want to thank the resource vendors, craft vendors, food vendors, DJ, JDX Radio, speakers, etc. that have already committed to participate in this amazing event bringing awareness to our community.”
LFS invites the community to “join us for our one-mile walk while enjoying crafters, resource booths, family activities, food booths, and more … The first 150 persons that register to walk will receive an event T-shirt.
“We are still looking for resource booths and vendors. Attached also is an updated booth registration form. You can email the completed form to rhonda.fuller@lassenfamilyservices.org or drop it off at 1306 Riverside Drive.
