SUMMARY: Herlong PUD is accepting proposals for 3 wire fencing around the wastewater plant in Herlong CA, approximately 21,000 feet.
BIDDERS: The District will accept bids until July 1st at 4pm. We require all bidders to clearly represent their subcontracting intentions, if any. All documents must be prepared and signed by those authorized to do so. All costs must be listed in US dollars.
PROJECT AND SCOPE: The purpose of the fencing is to help keep trespassers out and as much dumping as possible.
PROPOSAL TIMELINE AND PROJECT DEADLINE: Proposals are due by 7/1/2026 at 4pm and project to be completed by 12/31/2026.
BUDGET REQUIREMENTS: Each proposal shall include a brief description of the company or past jobs completed. Include for consideration:

Herlong PUD will evaluate proposals based on overall cost, experience, references.
The Herlong PUD Board will complete review of the proposal at the July 28th board meeting and send out letters to proceed within 3 days.
