An update of alleged Susanville White Boys gang members in court
More than 200 local, state and federal law enforcement officers targeted alleged methamphetamine and heroin storage and distribution centers operated by the Susanville White Boys gang on Oct. 3. Here’s an update on their cases as they move through Lassen County Superior Court as of Friday, Oct. 26.
Suspects arrested Oct. 3
Corinne Behm, 39, of Susanville. No charges have been filed in Lassen Superior Court.
Chyanne Brazier, 29, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance. He will be arraigned Wednesday, Nov. 21.
Catlin Juneau, 28, of Susanville. No charges have been filed in Lassen Superior Court.
Ashley Mazy, 24, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.
Diana Nasser, 34, of Susanville. No charges have been filed in Lassen County Superior Court.
Erika Schmid, 44, of Ravendale, faces charges of possession of a firearm by a felon and unlawful possession of ammunition. A preliminary hearing setting conference is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30.
Evette Shoemaker, 48, of Susanville, faces two counts of sale of a controlled substance. An arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21.
Jeremiah Smith, 28, of Susanville. No charges have been filed in Lassen County Superior Court.
Loana Solorzano, 47, of Susanville, has been held to answer three charges of unlawful transportation of cocaine base. An arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6
Michael Spiller, 29, of Susanville, faces charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, receiving stolen property, unlawfully carrying a firearm, possession of ammunition, concealed firearm in vehicle, possession of a large capacity magazine and possession of a controlled substance with a firearm. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7.
Walter Sullivan, Jr., 35, of Susanville, faces charges of possession of ammunition, possession of a Billy club/ blackjack, possession for sale and bringing contraband into a jail. A preliminary hearing setting conference is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7.
Schon Taylor, 59, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.
Joseph Vanmear, 33, of Susanville. No charges have been filed in Lassen County Superior Court.
Victoria Wilson, 36, of Susanville, has been held to answer charges of sale of a controlled substance and unlawful transportation of cocaine base (in case CR036424). An arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7. In a separate case (CR03614), charges of conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance were dismissed.
Kraig Allen, 28, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and unlawful transportation of cocaine base. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.
Jeff Lord, Sr., 56, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and unlawful transportation of cocaine base in case CR036423. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7. In a separate case (CR036429), Lord faces charges of conspiracy and unlawful transportaion of cocaine base. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7.
Alma Miles, 33, of Susanville. No charges have been filed in Lassen Superior Court.
Kenneth Miles, 27, of Susanville, faces charges of unlawfully carrying a handgun, possession of a handgun by a felon, unlawful possession of ammunition, conspiracy and selling a substance in lieu of a controlled substance. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.
Kristopher Moore, 27, of Susanville. No charges have been filed in Lassen County Superior Court. In a separate case filed Wednesday, Oct. 17 (CR036488), Moore faces charges of assault and great bodily injury enhancements. An arraignment is set for 8:29 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30.
Tami Presco, 54, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.
Feather Ricketts, 27, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance in case CR036415. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31. In a separate case filed Oct. 5 (CR036406), Ricketts faces conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance charges. A preliminary hearing is set of 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.
Joseph Sherwood, 26, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance in case CR036418. Appointment of counsel and a preliminary hearing setting conference are set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31. In a separate case filed Oct. 5 (CR036410), Sherwood faces charges of conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance. A preliminary hearing setting conference is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31. In a third case filed Oct. 17, Sherwood faces a battery charge. Sherwood is expected to enter a plea at 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 31.

Tedd Butterfield, 61, of Susanville. No charges have been filed in Lassen Superior Court.
Jessica Butterfield, 28, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance in case CR036414 filed Oct. 5. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7. In a separate case filed Oct. 5 (CR036420), Butterfield faces a conspiracy charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7.
Suspects arrested Oct. 4
Amber Richardson, 37, of Susanville, faces charges of unlawfully carrying a handgun. A preliminary hearing setting conference is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28.
Darrel Kratzberg, 42, of Susanville. In case CR036427, filed Oct. 5, charges of sale of a controlled substance, conspiracy, unlawful transportation of a cocaine base and sale of a substance in lieu of a controlled substance were dismissed. In a separate case field Oct. 5 (CR037417), Kratzberg was held to answer charges of sale of a controlled substance, unlawful transportation of cocaine base and selling a substance in lieu of a controlled substance. An arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Cody Rogers, 41, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and unlawful transportation of cocaine base.
Brenda Vasquez, 44, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and unlawful transportation of cocaine base.
Steven Michael Joseph, 35, of Susanville, faces charges of conspiracy and sale of a controlled substance in case CR036412. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7. In a separate case filed Oct. 2, Joseph faces a charge of fleeing a police officer/ reckless driving. In a third case filed Friday, Oct. 26 a sale of controlled substance charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7.
Original outstanding suspects
Jessica Speed, 35, of Susanville, faces charges of carrying an exposed, unloaded handgun, destroying evidence and receiving stolen property in case CR036421. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30. In a separate case filed against Jessica Marie Speed Oct. 9, the suspect faces charges of receiving stolen property and unlawful transfer of a firearm. According to a note in the court file, “Possible duolicate (sic) of CR036421.” A trial setting conference is set of Tuesday, Oct. 30.
Stephanie Walker-Stephens, 38, of Susanville, faces charges of sale of a controlled substance. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28.
Roger Stephens, 35. of Susanville was held to answer charges of sale of a controlled substance. An arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6.
Ian Cavallo, 39, of Susanville, faces conspiracy charges in case CR036435. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7. In a separate case filed Oct. 9 (CR036439), Cavallo faces an unlawful transportation of cocaine base charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7.
Shannon Young, 41, of Susanville, faces charges of sale of controlled substance and conspiracy.
