Many exciting things are happening at Lassen County Arts Council this spring
The first class of the year was a success, with Randy Panfilio teaching portrait drawing at the gallery. We have a second round of this class on Saturdays (for all you working folks) from 1 to 3 p.m. April 16, 23 and 30. Book classes on our website lassencountyartscouncil.org/classes by April 13.
The May show will feature art from high school students in Lassen County. We are accepting all mediums: photography, ceramics, sculpture, watercolor, oil, welding, wood, graphics, etc. We will be accepting art between April 22 and April 30.
Contact LCAC at [email protected] or 257-5222 if you are interested in participating.
The first summer show will feature Lassen County photographers, both professional and amateur. Submit one to three images with dimensions to [email protected] by May 28. All artwork must be ready to hang for the show, June 11to July 20.
The gallery has been repainted and refreshed and we are working on some fun summer programs.
