Starting on Jan. 1, 2023, the Big Valley GSP Communication Portal (bigvalleygsp.org) will no longer be utilized.
Information regarding the Big Valley Groundwater Sustainability Plan including Big Valley Groundwater Basin Advisory Committee meetings can be found on the Lassen County Planning and Building Services Sustainable Groundwater Management Act webpage: https://www.lassencounty.org/dept/planning-and-building-services/sustainable-groundwater-management-act-sgma. Interested Parties will continue to be notified when new events or documents related to groundwater planning are posted.
All BVAC meeting materials prior to the GSP submission (Jan. 27, 2022) to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) will be taken off the Communication Portal and website. All BVAC meeting agendas and minutes prior to January 2022 will be available by request by emailing Natural Resources Coordinator, Cortney Flather, at cflather@co.lassen.ca.us. These materials will also be available at our office: 707 Nevada St. Suite 5, Susanville, CA 96130.
