Maternal grandparents are Steve and Cheryl Gaither, of Janesville.

Paternal grandparents are David and RaeAnn Gorbet.

Noelle Lynn Blackburn

Noelle Lynn Blackburn was born to Joshua and Christina Blackburn, of Susanville, California, at 12:41 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, 2017 at Banner Lassen Medical Center in Susanville.

She weighed 7 pounds and was 19-3/4 inches long.

She joins sibling Avalyn, 1-1/2 years old.
