Blue Star Moms present Tip-A-Mom Fundraiser

The Soaring Eagle Chapter of the Blue Star Mothers came up with a great idea for a fundraiser.

From 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, the Blue Star Moms will assist the servers at the Lumberjacks Restaurant on Main Street in Susanville in a Tip A Mom fundraiser.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to serve local sons and daughters serving in the military.

Lumberjacks also will join in the fundraising effort by donating 15 percent of sales to the Blue Star Moms. Be sure to ask a Blue Star Mom for a coupon to facilitate the donation from Lumberjacks.
